Polish WW2 Aircraft in 1/72 scale.

Last week I finished these two models. Both are in 1/72 and both are old kits. The PZL 23 Karas is a Heller kit released 37 years ago. The PZL 11c is even older and was released in 1966. From the box details both are from their original production runs, so neither had any flash, although both are pretty basic kits by today's standards. The Revell kit did suffer from injection pin marks, and the Heller was a pig to put together. The two fuselage halves in particular had fit problems. But in the end I think they both came out OK. Done as a commission for a wargaming friend.

Eureka Miniatures 28mm Adventurers and Middle East Market Place.

These were a delight to paint. 28mm Figures, four Adventurers and local people, for a Middle East Market Place, produced by Eureka Miniatures of Australia. Painted as a commission to the client's directions.

Trench Worx Mk.V tanks

After getting back to the painting table for the first time in a while, I had the pleasure of painting these Mk.V tanks from Trench Worx in 1/56th scale (28mm). They are very nice models and come with separate 'male' and 'female' sponsons, so the pictures show two hulls and four sponsons. The kits even come with the necessary magnets. These were a commission job and painted for a Back-of-Beyond, Middle East setting.

Rivani, Iconic Psychic

This is a figure from Reaper Miniatures 'Pathfinder' range, Rivani, Iconic Psychic (60202). It was sculpted by Bobby Jackson, one of my favourite figure designers, and it was  a lot of fun to paint.

T48 Halftrack in 1/72 scale.

This is another conversion kit by S&S Models this time a T48, or Su57, on the Plastic Soldier Company's M3 halftrack model.

M17 AAMG in Soviet service.

I've mentioned S&S Models before. They make really affordable models in 15mm, 20mm and 28mm. They also make conversion kits and this is one of those. They do the fighting compartment, and gun, from a M17 to go on the back of The Plastic Soldier Company's M5 halftrack. It is easy and straight forward to build and I think painted up very well. I did a head swap on all the figures, adding some from PSC's Summer Soviet Infantry set.
